Universität Liechtenstein | Academy with international Focus and Flair  –  The University of Liechtenstein looks back on a long tradition of education and research. For more than fourty years, it had been renowned as a vocational training institution for highly skilled experts sought by local and international corporations. In the late 1990s, the academic fields of Architecture and Economics emerged as the main focal areas of the by-then “University of Applied Sciences”. In 2011, the institution was granted full university status. Today, the University of Liechtenstein offers Bachelor’s degree programmes in Architecture, Business Administration and Information Systems and Master’s degree programmes in Architecture, Business Process Management, Banking and Financial Management, Entrepreneurship and PhD in Architecture and Planning and PhD in Business Economics. The university also provides a wide range of further education programmes. The University of Liechtenstein emphasises research-led degree programmes, personal learning environment, and strong international network. Professors of internationally renowned universities are integrated into apprenticeship and singular study courses are realised in cooperation with other universities. Internationality has top-priority and tradition at the University of Liechtenstein.
